Loose parts inside - poor QC . Works as advertised. I used if with USB 2.0 so cannot really complain about the relatively slow performance.On the down side, when I move the product, I can feel the hard disk moving inside. Feels like someone forgot to tighten some screws inside.

Good Value . I dont have USB 3.0, but on USB 2.0 I transferred about 75GB of music in about 45 minutes. Good enough for me. Plenty of HD space, fast shipping, great external case, good price. Love the blue light but wish you could turn off the light. Item has a manual on/off switch. Works as well as any other external drive...overall a 9/10, have been using this HD for around a month with ease and no problems.
