Great product . This is a great product. I tried a wintec one and it died 2 days later and lost all info on it. Bought this one and its been working great. Its faster than the wintec and I have not had any problems and a good buy from Amazon

Great flash drive . I had the SanDisk 8 GB flash drive, but found I needed more space for the various file copies I do for work. This one has met my expectations and I'd easily recommend it to others. It will be nice when the prices on these drives drop to something more reasonable, but it does work and it does work as advertised.

Good price and convenient to have for backups . Needed a USB Flash that I could backup my notebook with and it had to be over 16 gigs. Worked well right from the start on my computer and had no problems doing a system backup using it. I would recommend this product as there's a lot of storage on it for the money.

You get what you pay for . Bought this flash drive based on previous successful experience with a 16 GB and two 8GB units of the same brand and features. The retractor mechanism is reliable. Speed is fine for our purposes (in this case hi-res photo image storage from a camera's memory chip). The SanDisk brand has always performed well for me. Alternatives, though less expensive, have had high reported incidences of early failure. Price at Amazon was reasonable. I had to check several sources on Amazon, as the first one I ordered from cancelled after I ordered it due to an out-of-stock condition. Generally, you get what you pay for. I'm a happy camper.
Great device . I have been using this Sandisk for a few months now and I have to say it works great. It was a good price for the size and has good transfer speeds. I have no used any tools to test the transfer speeds but it seems to work roughly the same if not faster than the past 5 USB thumb drives I have had. I love being able to bring all my PDF's and a lot of music with me anywhere.
used in mac and pc . I plugged this drive into my mac and copied photos, videos, and programs. No formatting needed and nothing to update/download. I took the drive, plugged it into my work PC. All programs, photos, videos transferred beautifully and this drive works like a champ! I've had problems with drives in the past, but none of them have been SanDisk.
Good price and slow speed even for SanDisk . The price was great and I knew that it was said to be slow before I bought it.
I tried just writing a 688 mb file to this flash drive and then did the same to an 8 gig SanDisk Cruzer I bought years ago and the 8 gig finished in less than half the time.
So just know what you are giving up for getting a good price.

It just works. Other big USB devices don't always work. . My dad sent me a 128GB Corsair USB stick and the files I backed up were reported as corrupt when I tried to unload them on another device. This device has had no such problems since I've owned it and I've owned quite a few of SanDisk's USB sticks. They're a good company that makes dependable products and I would recommend this USB stick for people who need to carry around a lot of large files because, in most cases, a 2GB or 4GB drive which is much cheaper should easily suffice.
Cons Review
My Patriot XT 32GB runs circles around Sandisk. . I ordered three "SanDisk Cruzer - USB flash drive - 32 GB - Hi-Speed USB" part number (SDCZ36-032G-P36) from Bobotechnic.com. What I received was part number (SDCZ36-032G-B35). I can't find anything on Sandisk's or anyone else's site the states what the difference is between the P36, B35, or the A11. I can't find anywhere that Sandisk rates the speed of their pen drives. I don't know if I was scammed by Bobotechnic or not, I do know the part I ordered specifically stated high-speed part number (SDCZ36-032G-P36) and cost five to six dollars more. So, I don't know if the P36 is faster than the B35 or not but I know the B35 is painfully slow compared to my Patriot XT.
