i love it . "i love this hard drive.Im over seas an pretty much the only entertainment we get is by having movies.lots of movies. This 1TB drive u can take anywhere an dont have to plug into wall.just plug into computer and your ready to go.If u use apple computer and plain on sharing the stuff u put on this drive do your research first because u have to format a certain way to share.thats any hard drive using apple computers. this 1TB hard drive is the best thing ever "

A pleasant surprise . According to the picture I was expecting this item to be bigger. I was pleasantly surprised to see how small and compact the 1TB external hard drive is. It's so small I sometimes mistake it for my phone, lol. This little guy is proving to be huge on quality as well, working great with my new desktop; exceeding my expectations. Excellent service and got the item when I expected it, no problems whatsoever. Thanks guys, you're awesome!

Cons Review
Right online description but wrong model received (older version) . So this is my first time ever writing a review for many items I've purchased thru Amazon mainly because I've never had a problem until now. The product description says it's the newest model #WDBACX0010BBK for the WD My Passport Essential SE 1TB USB 3.0/2.0, but I was sent the older model #WDBABM0010BBK and it's only USB 2.0 instead. The item packaging had no mention of it being USB 3.0 so that's when I questioned the purchase. I removed Amazon's new barcode sticker/label covering the product barcode/label to get the item's model # on it (since it was fulfilled by Amazon) did some searching and verified that it was indeed the wrong one. I definitely plan on returning the item ASAP!!!
