Best flash drive I've found. . The Kingston Data Traveler 16 G flash drive hold lots of data and it both loads data and erases much faster than any other flash drives I've seen. Come time to replace my other old ones, I will definitely buy more of these.

It Does What It Says . It is lightweight, compact, and performs quickly. The three things I ask about a Flash drive are, 1-Is it going to block other USB ports that are near it? 2-Is it going to be problematic when inserting or ejecting it from the system? and 3-How quickly will it transfer data. I have no problems and am satisfied by this and other Kingston products. This USB drive meets all of my needs.

Great flash drive . Kingston data travelers are great. My previous data traveler survived multiple runs through the washer and dryer when I forgot to take it out of my pocket, without data loss. When nobody locally carried this drive, I ordered it on Amazon rather than settle. I've had problems with data loss on several other brands, but never Kingston. These are tough drives.

Works fine no issues . Works fine. I have it filled nearly to capacity with video files and absolutely no problems. My laptop supports USB 3.0 and no issues in that regard.
Good enough . It works well and is relatively fast. I don't like how wide it is because it cannot be used in conjunction with (i.e., next to) any other device plugged into the next nearest USB port. But, I can live with it.
Fast USB with great capacity . This is the 3rd Kingston USB drive I have and I am very happy about the performance, let alone the great price point.
The package cover says it has read speed of 10MB/s and 5MB/s on write. In reality, it takes about 7 minutes to copy a 4GB file from an external hard drive onto it, and when I play the HD video files on PS3, I can use the fast forward up to the maximum of x120, which I can't do with my older version of the Kingston USB drives.

Cons Review
Lost everything and had to reformat it. . I bought this before traveling to India. Had a lot of data. I have a new windows 7 PC there. It worked fine for the first time. When I tried to use it the next day, windows 7 was asking me to format it. I didn't do anything and brought it back. Got the same result in multiple PCs. Had to reformat it.
Works but very slow. . I only get 6MB/sec. read, 2.4MB/sec. write speeds after testing with two different transfer testing programs. Anyone else with speeds this slow from Kingston DataTraveler I G3 - USB flash drive - 16 GB?
