Well rounded USB 3.0 drive with one annoyance . Pros:
USB 3.0
Enclosure is nice and can be opened and reused.
Fast transfer speeds
Ready to go
Glowing LED is a nice touch
Cons:
USB cable provided is extremely short (Ordered a longer one separately)
This is a well rounded USB 3.0 drive at a fair price, if you do not have USB 3.0 you should look elsewhere as you can find cheaper 2.0 drives with a larger capacity. I would have give this 5 stars, but the very short USB 3.0 cable that is provided is an issue unless the drive is put very close to the main computer.

Works great so far! . I bought this for my PS3. So I formatted it to FAT32 (once formatted the space available was 931GB) and plugged it into my PS3 and so far everything is working great. I use it for movies and many other things. It is easy to unplug and move around so I can easily disconnect it from my PS3 and plug it into my laptop for other uses.
I only have USB 2.0 right now so I cannot speak about USB 3.0 speeds, but once I adjusted certain settings, transfer speeds on my laptop were around 20MB/sec - 80MB/sec , which is good enough for me, and much much faster than the USB sticks I have.
So far I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Does not work. . I got this as a gift, so it's too late to return.
Guess what! It doesn't work. The base is supposed to glow blue to alert you that it is connected, and I have tried it on multiple computers and it does not work. Additional details: I am not technologically impaired.

Pitiful Product . This product is a joke! The first one didn't work at all, and was returned for another. The second one worked for less than two months and then started making loud squealing noises. Don't buy anything from this manufacturer!
