Solid design . I wanted a flash drive that I could reliably keep on my keychain with decent performance and no bits to fall off or lose. The slot for a key ring is rugged and has survived longer than other flash drives I've had. The overall construction seems solid. The slider protects the electronics well enough when not in use. It's not an especially thick device and thus can be used in hubs with multiple close USB slots. Speed seems reasonable, though I'm no expert on what to expect or hope for.

How exciting can this be? . Flash drives come in all shapes, sizes and capacity. Beyond that it's a only a dollar distinction and these drives are big enough not to get lost too easily and handle comfortably. The capacity is exactly what you asked for and the speed will always be faster than a CD or a hard drive so what's to say that's negative about them? Nothing.

Cons Review
ADATA Flash Drive . I bought this drive and tested it when it arrived then put it aside until I needed it. About 5 weeks later I started using it and it failed after about 2 minutes. Since I had it more than 30 days I contacted ADATA via email and they sent me software to try to revive it and an electronic RMA request form. I tried the software but it didn't revive the drive so I completed the RMA form and emailed it back to ADATA. When I didn't receive a reply I emailed the form again. Still no reply so I emailed it yet again. Then I called and spoke to a person who said he was the support manager and he could not find any record of any of my emails. He then said he would have someone call me back within 2 hours. No one called back so I called again and left messages but still no return calls. If you want a reliable drive with a guarantee that is honored by the company I suggest you look elsewhere. ADATA is certainly not interested in honoring my warrantee.
Dead on Arrival . Windows 7 did not recognize this as a drive. In other words, it is not working properly.
