Excellent customer service . I had one of these for about 2 years when it suddenly died. Fortunately I had backed up the day before and lost nothing. I looked up the manufacturer's warranty and discovered it hadn't expired. After filling out a brief form at the Corsair website I was sent an RMA label via e-mail, and a week later I had the latest version in hand, not, as I anticipated, a reconditioned one. Companies that stand behind their products are a rarity these days, and I wanted to call attention to Corsair's excellent service policy.
