Good item . Assembles in minutes, size a bit big in comparison with other "just for HD" cases, but on the other hand has a lot of room inside for wiring and connectors. Downside: fan is noisy.

wow . this item was perfect easy to install and better than buying the whole external dvd rom drive. I am now able to update it as I need to with newer better drives instead of having to buy a whole new one

It's little tight inside but works fine. . I had a hard time connecting the power and IDE cable with the DVD-R drive screwed into the front. The was not enough room for my finger to reach it before it closed up. I just unscrewed it, plugged them in and screwed it back in.
