It's fast! Fast fast fast! And tiny! . There isn't much I can add, really. I bought this to use in my car with the goal of having a USB drive which is as unobtrusive as possible. The USB drive also had to be fast enough to quickly load new MP3s on without taking a whole day to copy. Both goals are achieved in this amazing little flash drive! Writes are very quick and the read speeds are outstanding.

Lexar Echo ZX 16 GB backup drive . This product is exactly what I needed to backup all of my work files automatically. It's so small and I'm able to leave it in the USB port of my laptop all of the time. Set-up was really easy. Very user friendly.

Great backup for laptop. . This thing is amazing for its size! I leave it plugged into my laptop as a backup for my data files. Stays in place, unobtrusive. I did reformat it as I didn't care for the backup software that came with it and instead use Laplink to copy files to it. Transfer rate seems slow, but that's fine given the purpose for which I use it. Nonetheless, that's the reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars.

Using as Car MP3 Player . Great for my car's USB MP3 player. My car has a flap that hides the USB spot, and the Lexar Echo ZX hides nicely underneath it when its closed.
Tiny little beast! . Pros: Absolutely tiny, but it feels safer than larger thumb drives because it doesn't stick out enough to get caught on anything. I wanted a drive that could be left in a mobile device without worrying about it getting caught on anything. This thing is perfect.Cons: Easy to loose. Says 15MB/s write speed, so it should have taken <20 mins to load the drive, but it took a couple hours. Was fairly warm afterwards. Hope this isn't a problem if it is under constant use. Will find out soon enough.Overall: Almost wish I got the 32GB version, but I only had 15GB of data to load on it, and seemed a waste to spend the extra money. But tempted to get the 32GB version to use for other purposes.
