Does not work with some USB ports . A neat little USB memory key, but not without a flaw. Because of the relatively thick plastic connector molded around the metal contacts, some USB connectors won't recognize it: the thickness of the plastic prevents good contact. It worked great on a 24-inch iMac, a Dell Optiplex, a White MacBook (now a ModBook); but not on a new 13-inch MacBook Pro and a Dell Inspiron 1525. Grinding or sanding the plastic down cured the problem, but the user should not have to do that! On the plus side, this is the smallest USB key I have ever used. And it is tough: I accidentally left it in my jeans, which went through a cotton wash and dry cycle (high heat), and it works fine afterwards. I did not expect it to survive, but it did.

Amazing design and technology . I use this in my car to hold all my music and play through the USB port on my deck (Sony MEX-5700U). It's a heck of a lot of smaller that our iPod. We actually have three, one for me, one for my wife, and one for our little 1. I can keep all three in the ashtray of our car which is never used, so they are out of sight. We ditched all our CDS, so much less clutter around the rig.

It is a little touchy. . I have several different brands of mini drives this being among them. I have tried this one in several computers and in my car. It works okay once it makes contact. I don't know if it is just this particular unit or all of this brand has the symptom but I thing the contacts are a little bit too recessed and so in some USB receptacles it takes some fiddling around a bit to make good contact. I am considering sanding the unit down so the contacts are closer to the surface but that might make the end too thin and still be a problem. Like I said, it works okay, I will just use it to store non-essential stuff and use the better units for critical things.

About as small as it gets . I love these Pico minis! They're about as small as they can be and are thus easily transportable. I keep one in my wallet with all my financial, contact, and medical information (encrypted, of course).
Very tiny usb drive . This USB drive is very small, and has worked flawlessly in both mine and my wife's laptops as well as our Samsung Blu-Ray player. I've had no issues of any kind with this drive.
Small; Nice; Some Issues . Overall, this works well. It's *tiny*, which is what I needed.
The pros: works; is small. The little springy "keychain" attachment was a pleasant surprise.
The cons: doesn't work in every USB port (in fact, in my laptop it only works in 2 of the 4).
Since it's so small, it can fit either way (unlike typical USB connections, which have a 'guide' to ensure you're putting it in rightside-up). So, you can put it in the wrong way (and, yes, I did check to see if that's the problem with the non-working ports). At some point, I'm concerned I'll wear or bend the connectors.
Overall, good if you need small.

Can't make it work with Windows 7. UPDATE: new one works great. . I loved this drive and its 4 GB brother on my Vista laptop, Vista desktop, and XP desktop. I upgraded the laptop to Windows 7, now the drives are not seen by Windows.
Verbatim makes one of similar size that is Windows 7 certified.
UPDATE:
I finally got around to returning this to the manufacturer. The return process was a bit cumbersome, but kudos to Super talent for honoring the warranty after many months, and shipping a new one for free. It works fine with Windows 7.
I don't know if I got an early generation that was not ready for Windows 7 or just a lemon, but the new one is great.
I'm upping the star rating from 2 to 4.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one now. It's truly tiny.

Cons Review
Very Poor Quality Construction . I ordered this drive because I wanted a *tiny* one for my netbook- one that didn't stick out too far, so it wouldn't get bumped and damage the port or drive.
The size is great, and it worked well for a while. I kept most of my files on it, so I wouldn't have to worry about syncing between my netbook and desktop.
The problem is, the thing is made of very cheap plastic (even though the photos look metallic). There is a top part that is sandwiched over a lower part, which seems to make it a bit too fragile. The plastic around the front started cracking and breaking off on mine; part of it it is still stuck in one of my USB hubs! I managed to get my files off of it, but I really can't recommend this thing to anyone. I was very careful with it, just using it to transfer files between pc/netbook, and it still started to break after just a month.
If you are looking for a similar solution, I have heard that the Verbatim Tuff 'n Tiny drives are good. In my case, I decided to go with a 16gb SD Card. It fits safely inside my netbook's card slot, and I have a cheap USB SD card reader for connecting it to my desktop. It's a much better solution in the long run. There is nothing sticking out of the netbook, so I can use it safely on my lap etc.

Problems reading this drive . I really enjoyed this flash drive for the first week I had it, but after that it became the bane of my existence. My laptop stopped being able to read it, but would still read other USB drives. I tested it on other computers and it was about 50/50 for working in any capacity. Then the plastic ring that allows attachment to a key ring broke off. I don't recommend buying this product unless you are willing to give a 50/50 chance for it to work.
Cheap plastic . Used such device for last 10 month. Had no problem till plastic case wared off and pealed off. Company called it physical damage and didn't respected lifetime warranty of bad constructed product.
