Does the job . I wanted this to change the position of my wireless mouse dongle that sticks out of my laptop. This little thing allows you to bend the mouse dongle up out of the way to avoid breaking it and position it for best mouse reception.

It works . I bought 2 of these and they do what they are intended to do: enable the re-positioning of USB drives. They offer a very wide range of re-positioning positions. I use mine for positioning a USB flash drive plugged into my car radio so it isn't accidentally broken off. I use the other in the same way on my laptop for the drive for my wireless mouse. They aren't all that sturdy but they probably shouldn't be: In the worse case scenario, these will break instead of the USB drives.

A very good gadget . Good gadget! Very good gadget; it swivels in all three dimensions and the USB cord is no longer sticking out the side of this machine by 2" or more. Notebooks take note.

nice gadget . Nice gadget. I ordered one, one was bad. With a cable tester I found out that pin 1 was not connected.
I got refund right away. For the handy man, you can clip it open and solder the wire on. For me no big deal, for average user not possible.

Perfect for laptops . This plug solved the annoyance of usb plugs and cables that stick out on the side of my laptop. It is infinitely adjustable and takes most of the strain off the laptop's usb input jack. It can prevent costly damage and is well worth the investment.
Laptop space saver . I use these on my laptop which is mounted under a table on a pull out drawer. The laptop is wider than most and I found that plugging the usb connector into the side of the laptop created a problem when closing the laptop. The Flex USB extension solved the problem beautifully! The Flex is truly flexible, it can be adjusted easily in every possible position that could be required for successful use. I looks well made and I have no worries about it's use on my laptop. Excellent USB adapter for laptops . This is a great low-profile adapter that can twist in almost any direction. I use it on my laptop to keep the usb cable from sticking out and bending too much. While waiting for this product to arrive in the mail, I bought another right-angle USB adapter from a major electronics retailer local store. This one from Amazon.com/Cyberguys is much better. I've been using it for a week now with no problems, and I take my laptop to/from work in a laptop bag on a daily basis.
Slick idea . This flexible adapter does everything it claims. I have a car radio with a USB port, and I have ruined two USB thumb drives because they protrude too far out and were hit by passengers in the car and damaged. This handy little device prevents the damage, and also gets the thumb drive out of the way enough to get at the heater controls beneath the radio. Great idea!
Flexible USB Adapter. . This is a wonderful product. I don't think I got my first one at Amazon, but I was pleased at the price and service. I do regular and automatic backups to a thumb drive I have plugged in all the time (or I'll forget where it is!) and was having problems with them bending when bumped. Now this flex adapter allows the thumb drive to just move out of the way!
