Excellent Docking Station. Easy to use. . This was a good product. Was easy to use and setup for me. Was looking for a quality dock for a decent price, and I found it with this product.
Cons Review
Do yourself a favor and buy Thermaltake instead . I am an on-site computer tech and have used many different HD enclosures and docks. I purchased this to replace a Thermaltake USB dock that I left in the field somewhere (none of my customers admitted to having it). The dock looks identical to the Thermaltake version but it is about 1/2 the weight, generally feeling very flimsy in comparison. The Access door on the top scrapes against the back wall and squeaks. The data transfer rates are significantly slower that all my other docks and USB enclosures thanks to an inferior USB controller set.
Garbage! . Don't waste your time and money!
There is a substantial chance that the product will be dead on arrival.
And if you DO need tech support, you're double-screwed.
NO US support, you'll need to email their HQ in Taiwan and HOPE they reply!), AND send the product there as well.
There are many MUCH BETTER choices.
