Great Conversation Piece . The Transformers USB Flash Memory drive is a great thing to have sitting on your desk. Many of my co-workers were impressed and taken on a stroll down memory lane seeing the USB drive. I keep ravage in Jaguar mode posed for attack. The fact that there are 8 GB available also makes it very useful as an IT professional. The only negative aspect is the construction. It doesn't seem very sturdy and the loose screws at the joints make it hard to pose. It is definitely worth what I paid for it though. All fans of the Transformers will love it.

Poor construction . I love that this product transforms. I wow my friends with this flash drive all the time. But the craftmanship of the usb flash drive sucks. On my first time transforming it one of the front legs fell off. It is not reall sturdy so you kind of have to work with posing it. It is annoying. If the product was made more sturdy then it will be perfect. However it data storage: receiving and tranfering, performaces are great. Might as well by a non transforming usb flash drive.

Transformer USB Flash Drive 8GB . I liked the first one so much, ordered a second one. Considering ordering a third one. All used as gifts for teenagers! Only wished instructions for use was included in package. I had seen it folded out as well as closed so had foreknowledge of it but feel a "picture would be worth a thousand words" included in the gift.

fun for kids and works! . I bought this for my 8 year old. Needed a drive for school and thought he would keep an eye on this (he loses everything). Well, he still has it and it works. It met my expectations!

Cons Review
Cheaply made . I saw this on Reddit and went straight to Amazon. Upon receiving it in the mail, as I pulled it from the package and transformed it from USB thumbdrive to cat, the leg came off. Weak.
Poorly Made . When I transformed the flash drive for the first time, a foot broke off very VERY easily. Upon closer inspection I noticed the screw that held the foot in place was installed crooked. Also, the legs are all installed rather loosely. (not too hard of a fix with a tiny screwdriver though)
Breaks easily . I was really excited to get this in. However, after two weeks of owning it the actually usb became unglued from the "toy" and making it nearly impossible to use. : /
Awesome but poorly engineered . I discarded the negative reviews for this because I'm so fanboy and bought it anyway. In my experience, it worked pretty damn well for about six months. I tightened the screws in the limbs every now and again, but I have to admit they aren't fitted in there very well. I dealt with that. But what I can't deal with is how the USB plug broke clean off of the board yesterday. Not broken solder; the contacts themselves came off, so there's nothing to solder back on to--unrepairable. It bummed me out pretty bad. The problem is there's nothing holding the plug on there but the contacts and a little hot glue. Most drives have something physically connected to the USB plug to keep it from breaking off, this one obviously does not.It's a great thumb drive if you can keep it from breaking apart, but buyer beware. If you're super dedicated to the idea of owning one of these you may be able to do a little modding to get it working well, but maybe not. I'm going to look for a small thumb drive I can cannibalize the guts out of to repair it, but until then it'll sit in the drawer.Cool factor: 5

Terrible packaging . I just got my flash drive today, everything is fine and it works normally, HOWEVER!!!!........... When i got the package envelope from the mailbox it was already open .... and inside the package was an open white envelope with the product inside. I don't know if anyone in this company ever thought it would be an awesome idea to seal a package.... I'm extremely surprised it hadn't fallen out.... Good product, bad delivery service.... monkeys could do a better job
