Wonderful for anyone with a medical problem . I am currently on coumadin and this bracelet is a great product. It lists all medications a person is taking and any other important medical history. What is great about this product is that it works on any computer. Just plug the usb end in and it automatically runs. If I am ever unconscious and in need of medical help, this bracelet will tell the medical personnel everything that is needed to help me (medical history, medications, surgeries, emergency contact, etc). I only wish the bracelet came in a smaller size. The size 7 and 8 are great for men but women need a 5 or 6.

Returned Item . I ordered an ER Card USB Jelly Bracelet/flash Drive. I received the bracelet and discovered it was beyond my computer capabilities. I emailed the company for their return policy. I received an answer to my email the same day from the company.
They apologized for the product not meeting my expectations and processed a credit the same day.
They advised me I could keep the bracelet or give it to someone who could use it. I am going to mail the bracelet back and will always recommend this vendor.

Great product greater support . this bracelet is very practical and can be life-saving! unfortunately it was too big for my small wrist, that's what made it lost the 5th star in my eyes. customer service is great though, they offered a refund without return because i live outside of the USA.
