Excellent device but large . I have used Corsair USB flash drives in the past and have been very pleased with their durability and reliability. The other Corsair USB flash drives that I own have lasted far longer than any of the other brands of flash drives that I have tried and I expect the same from the 16 GB USB 3.0 flash drive.
The Corsair 16 GB USB 3.0 flash drive has a similar design to the other Corsair flash drives. There is a detachable, rubber cap over the connectors and rubber molding over the body of the memory stick. The rubber molding allows for a firm grip on the drive and gives the impression that the drive is very durable.
I am however, disappointed that the flash drive does not come with a lanyard. I would think that this would be a simple addition by Corsair. I was also surprised by the size of the 16 GB USB 3.0 flash drive which is larger than any of the other Corsair flash drives that I own. It is 9.3 cm long from the end of the connectors without the cap attached, 2.5 cm wide and 1.3 cm high. The width and height of the flash drive make it difficult to plug in other USB devices next to or above the drive in side-to-side USB plugs. Lastly, I was disappointed that the 16 GB USB 3.0 flash drive only has a 5 year warranty whereas the USB 2.0 version has a 10 year warranty.
Overall, I have been pleased with the performance of the 16 GB USB 3.0 flash drive. I would have given it 5 stars if a lanyard had been included.

Thumb Drive is Growing . Purchased 2 of these 16GB flash drives and was surprised to see they had nearly doubled in size. If you were use to the older ones, you might be surprised. They are very fast in the transfer of data and very dependable.

Really Fast . It's a blazing fast pendrive, even when plugged to a USB2.0 port! It`s really resistant and waterproof, the only down point is that is a little too big, but not that much

Works exactly as advertised. . I bought the 16 GB version. I attached it to a USB 3.0 port, and got about 20 MB/s when writing an ISO image to it, and 70 MB/s when reading data to it. If write speed is important to you, then get the 32GB version - the write speed is twice as fast.
