Speed is as-advertised form factor's a trifle big . I copied 961 MB of files from my system to a standard USB 2.0 stick, 4 minutes 27 seconds. (Oh, that's right, that's why I bought a USB 3.0-compatible system.) Copied the same files to this USB 3.0 stick: 26 seconds. Ahhh...
My only complaint is that the USB stick's a mite thick (hey, it's 32GB) and as a result might have trouble if you needed to plug it into a tight space. But overall it's what I expected.

Fast storage . This 32GB USB key performs flawlessly and is fast. HD Tune 2.55 showed that its average transfer is 78.8 MB/sec with an access time of 0.7ms.

very useful device for backing up data (or taking it with you) . Although USB3 devices are not common, that's no reason to avoid this little gadget. Firstly, you can use it directly with a USB2 port, you'll get USB2 speeds. But even better, it comes with a y-cable for use with a pair of USB2 ports, which gives you much higher speeds. They advertise 30MB, but the best I saw was 21MB. Still, very good when you're copying tons of data.
Only concern I have is that it seems to get very warm, so I worry about leaving it plugged in for a long period.

Nice but expensive. . I prefer carry a flash drive with a limited storage size than a wallet's size storage (SSD).

Cons Review
Horrible performance - no better than a USB 2.0 flash drive! . Horrible performance and way overpriced. There are USB 2.0 drives that offer double the amount of storage for half the price and achieve similiar performance! It is becoming evident that most non-techies do NOT know how to do data conversion...like those that are actually leaving positive reviews for this crappy drive. For example, the USB 2.0 standard is capable of 480Mb/sec, or 60MB/sec. So, these current owners of this drive are trying to say they are impressed because a USB 3.0 stick can achieve a transfer speed of 22.3MB/sec?! Huh? The USB 3.0 standard is capable of 4.8Gb/sec, or 600MB/sec (10X the speed of USB 2.0)! Bottomline, this is an absolutely crappy USB 3.0 flash drive as it can only attain about half the USB 2.0 transfer speed O.o
