Convenient and easily updated . I have worn one of these for several years (the company is in my home town). These bracelets come in several sizes and colors; I had to try two sizes in order to get the right fit. With the enclosed CD, it is easy to enter and update information, including personal/social data such as insurance contact and the fact I have an unattended pet at home. Good value for the price, especially for a single person. If you want to track info for a complete family, you may want a larger and more flexible system. I definitely endorse the idea.
