very cute but not as picture shown . The product is cute and makes a good gift (to myself in my case) but it is NOT exactly same as the picture shown by the merchant. My figure is not as round and pale pink as shown. It's darker pink and figure is much narrower. There is no "Sanrio" marker anywhere on the figure making it look like a knock off. The flash drive is on the part where it is connected to the key chain safeguarding against a loss should you lose the bottom portion for some reason. The bottom portion fits very snug though so there shouldn't be that issue. The material feels like cheap rubber (kinda gummy). Overall happy with the purchase but the picture looks a lot better.

Hello Kitty Flash Drive . Bought this as a gift for my adult daughter who is a teacher. She was puzzled at first as to what it was, but when she realized it was a flash drive, she was very happy! A cute and very useful gift!

Great . Seriously SO ADORABLE. So adorable that it got stolen at school. But if you can keep good track of your things it's totally worth the buy. I loved it so much.

USB Drive makes people want to say "Hello" albeit slightly morbid. . As a law student, I often use USB flash drives to store the copious amounts of notes for class- in the event that my laptop breaks or crashes. It's very easy to use- you literally "decapitate" Hello Kitty from her "torso", stick her "head", which houses the stick part of the USB into your USB opening.

Makes for great conversation- my classmates all wanted to "decapitate" my drive and in terms of functionality- works like any other USB drive. The drive itself is pretty durable and is made out quality rubber. It comes in a small tin, or "coffin" or however you want to look at it.

Overall, pretty good product.

looove it.!!!! . i received my order within 2days, which was great.! and i gotta say i had doubts about purchasing this flash drive bt im so glad i bought it.! i fell in love with it wen i first got it out of the package.!! its sooo cute.!!!! i love it.!now lets just see how it works. :)

Cons Review

Faulty . I loved how it looked, but after formatting and using just twice, it died on me. It didn't work anymore, and I barely had it for two hours. Cuteness doesn't go above functionality, so I returned it.

Awesome . This is a really cool flash drive. Before I ordered it, I knew it was tiny, but I was still surprised at the supreme lack of size. It looks great on a keychain, and looking at it you don't immediately think "usb drive". Yet it really does have 8GB (some people I've shown it to don't believe it). The only reason I haven't rated this 5/5 is because it is slow compared to the average flash drive and especially the usb 2.0 drives. It takes a super long time to transfer large (>1GB) files, but in small files like pdfs and office documents you don't notice the difference. If you don't care that much about speed but want a tiny, extremely portable drive, this is for you. Plus you get to wow your geeky (or at least people who will understand what a flash drive is) friends with its EXTREME tiny-ness.

Smaller then expected! . I read it was small, but oh boy! Once you see it, you'll realized the people weren't exaggerating. In fact, some people I knew, weren't convinced 4 GB could fit in there!Anyways, towards to the product, its a very functional USB drive. Though it doesn't transfer files like a large hard drive would, its practical. I mean, unless your life is full of adventure, and you require your large files transfered back and forth before the CIA breaks your door down to get you, you're fine.The USB drive, is small, and usable. The small is also a double-edge sword, for one, its small and portable, easily concealed, and the the first thing a thief would steal at first glance since all it looks like is a keychain fob of somes sort. But on the other hand, if you insert it your usb port, one good/hard karate chop down on it, could snap it in half. But yet again, its very unlikely to happen.The only complaint I have, is that by inserting it into your USB drive, back and forth, it looks like the shiny orange strips are getting scraped, but it doesn't affect anything other then aesthetics.Obviously I got the 4 GB version, since it was the cheapest. I suggest buying one with more space because 4 GB goes by fast if you plan on using this as your main USB drive.

Awesome . I got this drive at least 6 months ago, not sure how much beyond that, but anyways, its still going. I use it to play music in my car, since my stereo deck supports usb drives. Extremely convenient, put it on my key chain and never even notice its there except for when I need it. I suppose the only downside is the little chain that it comes with. Not convenient enough to keep detaching it, and it would soon become weak and not stay attached if I did that. I can detach my keys though so I put the key to my car on one side and the usb on the other, problem solved.
Anyhow, write speed is kind of slow, but I kind of figured on that when I got it so was not disappointed. The size was the main thing that attracted me to it, and it works nicely for what I wanted it for.
